ANTALYA, TÜRKİYE | 4–8 NOVEMBER 2026
Fashion, artistic expression and international networking will come together in Antalya this November as International Fashion Ball 2026 prepares to welcome designers, artists and industry professionals from diverse creative fields. British fashion designer and film costume producer Venera Tabakin is among the scheduled participants, with plans to present her latest collection during the five-day event.

Tabakin’s appearance will bring a distinctive perspective to the programme, connecting fashion design with cinematic styling and the elegance associated with red-carpet occasions. In a fashion landscape where personal identity and visual storytelling increasingly shape creative direction, eveningwear remains a space for experimentation, craftsmanship and individual expression. The Antalya event will provide a setting for these ideas to reach an international audience.

The runway presentations are scheduled for 7 November at the Ancient City of Perge, where the historical surroundings will provide a striking backdrop for contemporary fashion. Italian artist Maestro Giuseppe Fata, an internationally recognised head-sculpture designer, creative director and Haute Couture artist, is expected to open the runway programme.

Widely celebrated as the “Hair Stylist of the Divas and Hair Designer of Haute Couture” and the “genius of art on the head”, Fata has transformed traditional hair design into monumental, wearable head sculptures that bring together fashion, fine art and architecture. His creations move beyond conventional hairstyling, exploring volume, structure and form to produce distinctive artistic statements for international runways.

Fata’s work draws inspiration from classical Italian art, Magna Graecia, architecture and sacred history. The dramatic chiaroscuro associated with Caravaggio and the expressive, fluid structures of Baroque sculptor Gian Lorenzo Bernini inform an artistic language that connects historical heritage with contemporary experimentation. Through hand-sculpted pieces, he bridges traditional Italian craftsmanship and avant-garde fashion, demonstrating how sculptural headpieces can become integral elements of a complete couture vision.

His distinctions include the Rose d’Or in Paris, the European Oscar of Fashion in Florence, the Golden Lady Awards in Dubai and three Fashion and Design Oscars, according to the event materials. His planned opening of the runway programme will introduce an artistic dimension to the presentation, highlighting the intersection of fashion, sculpture and visual performance.
Beyond the catwalk, International Fashion Ball 2026 will feature a gala and an International Business Forum, creating opportunities for creative professionals and business representatives to connect. The forum is scheduled for 6 November at 10:00 at The Sense De Luxe hotel. Planned discussion topics include investment, transport technology, finance, real estate and company formation in Türkiye.
